Fit with 50plus, Andalusia, March 21-28, 2026<\/h1>

It is often our lifestyle that determines how fit we are in old age and whether we can achieve everything we have planned for the later years of our lives. Much is in our hands. Exercise is the key issue par excellence, along with a healthy diet and a harmonious balance between exertion and relaxation. We teach you all of this during the varied spring days in Andalusia. The days offer you all facets of sporting activity in old age from 50 years<\/strong>but enjoyment should not be neglected: Scenic, culinary and relaxing. In the beautiful area around Novo Sancti Petri, you will find what is officially the most beautiful sandy beach in Spain, several kilometers long. The region offers the ideal climatic conditions for running in spring.<\/p>\n

You'll also have plenty of time to get away from the Aldiana Club Andalusia<\/a> to be pampered. The spa with professional treatments, relaxation massages and physiotherapy is available for relaxation. The all-inclusive offer with fantastic, varied and fresh buffets leaves nothing to be desired.<\/p>\n

As the training sessions involve jogging and\/or walking, the week is suitable for both beginners and advanced runners.<\/p>\n

You will benefit from expert support, including Markus Ryffel and Matteo Pini.\u00a0<\/strong>Markus Ryffel, winner of the silver medal in the 5000 m at the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, and Matteo Pini, who studied sports science in Magglingen and then in Freiburg (CH) and now works as a sports scientist at the Gut Clinic in St. Moritz, will be passing on their many years of experience!<\/p>\n
