Aqua-Fit includes effective water gymnastics to promote general fitness with integrated water running. This improves flexibility, strength, and coordination. Above all, Aqua-Fit serves targeted cardiovascular prophylaxis and is preventative against the common back and lower back pain associated with today's sedentary lifestyle. Aqua-Fit is a stress-free workout. After an Aqua-Fit class, you will feel relaxed and comfortable despite the exertion. A specially developed Aqua-Fit water vest provides the necessary buoyancy for an upright, training-appropriate posture. Aqua-Fit is suitable for recreational and health athletes, people unaccustomed to water and those with low fitness levels, as well as runners, cyclists, etc. Every Aqua-Fit class is also a group experience (differences in performance are insignificant).<\/p>\n

Subscription type<\/h4>\n

Annual subscription<\/strong> Valid from 01\/09\/2026 to 12\/03\/2026. Entitlement to attend one Aqua-Fit weekly lesson. Course costs CHF 840.- (CHF 21.- per lesson). 12er Abonnement Flex<\/strong> G\u00fcltig f\u00fcr 12 frei w\u00e4hlbare Aqua-Fit Lektionen. Kurskosten CHF 312.- (pro Lektion CHF 26.-). Das 12er Abonnement ist 12 Monate ab Ausstellungsdatum g\u00fcltig.<\/p>\n

Own buoyancy aid<\/h4>\n
