Specialist training / advanced training module 1: Nordic Walking (3 days incl. exam)
The aim of Nordic Walking training is to optimize personal technique and to teach Nordic Walking. In addition, the basic knowledge of Nordic walking and lesson planning is to be increased. The course ends with an examination.
Contents:
Theory: Nordic Walking concept, Nordic Walking technique, material science, methodology-didactics, course planning and organization, health aspects, safety aspects, Nordic Walking activities.
Practice: Nordic walking (technique, forms of training, etc.), gymnastics, conducting a lesson.
Admission criteria: Completed core module Completed Nordic Walking course or attended Markus Ryffel's Nordic Walking workshop.
General information:
After successfully completing the training, courses of eight to twelve lessons or Nordic Walking meetings are conducted independently by the trained Nordic Walking leaders. These courses are conducted without any obligation to Markus Ryffel's according to the Nordic Walking concept. The guide price is CHF 5.- to CHF 10.- per participant and lesson excluding equipment hire (CHF 3.- to CHF 5.-).
Course costs
The course costs CHF 550.00 (incl. course materials, lunch, rental equipment).
No Nordic Walking training is planned at the moment.
