1. Registration
   Your registration for courses and active holiday weeks is binding. The contract between you and Ryffel Running AG is concluded upon your unconditional acceptance of your written, telephone, or personal booking.
2. Cancellation insurance
   Ryffel Running AG recommends that you arrange for adequate cancellation cost and return travel insurance coverage. Should you be unable to participate for any reason, please inform us in any case.
3. Payment
   A deposit of CHF 200.00 must be paid when registering for active vacation weeks. The remaining payment or, in the case of courses, the total invoice is due later; you will receive the corresponding invoice and detailed information about the course in due course. Only the payment slips sent to you are to be used for payment.
4. Cancellation policy
   In the event of cancellation of the registration (cancellation will only be accepted in writing), the course price will be refunded with a deduction of 10 %. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the start of the course, this amount will be increased to 50 %. Cancellations up to 7 days before the start of the course will not be refunded.
5. Liability
   Program changes are expressly reserved. The valid, complete "General Terms and Conditions of Ryffel Running AG" apply to the legal relationship between you and Ryffel Running AG, as well as the special cancellation conditions for travel abroad. Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction for legal action against Ryffel Running AG is Bern.
   A course can be associated with particular risks. We undertake to prepare the course carefully, but cannot foresee all eventualities. In view of certain risks, participation is at your own risk.
6. Minimum number of participants
   A minimum number of participants applies to all offers. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Ryffel Running AG may cancel up to four weeks before the start of the trip (activity holidays) or two weeks before the start of the course. In this case, the amount paid will be refunded. Further claims on your part are excluded. Subject to official closures, restrictions, or changes regarding transport, accommodation, or entry due to the effects of the COVID 19 pandemic.
7. Offer cancellation by Ryffel Running AG
   Force majeure: Should compelling reasons such as unrest, strikes, government measures, epidemics, pandemics, travel restrictions, etc. jeopardize or even prevent the implementation or safe execution of an offer, we will inform you of this cancellation as soon as possible.
8. Program changes and cancellation of services during the active holiday weeks
   During the active vacation weeks, you are only entitled to withdraw from the contract if a significant part of the agreed services is not provided, no suitable replacement service can be offered or you refuse the replacement service for important reasons.
9. Cancellation of the offer by the customer
   If you cancel the offer, the price cannot be refunded; any additional costs (e.g. return transportation) will be borne by you.
