Enjoy an active vacation in the beautiful mountain world of St. Moritz. The sophisticated spa resort of St. Moritz is primarily known as a winter sports destination and offers ideal conditions for running and Nordic walking. The running and fitness week is suitable for beginners and advanced runners. You will run in different strength classes and receive numerous tips on training, running school, Nordic walking, aqua fit, flexibility and strength training. Various lectures, running style video analysis and a fitness and performance test with lactate measurement round off the program.

Management

Markus Ryffel and Dr. Thomas Wessinghage. Markus Ryffel, winner of the silver medal in the 5000 m at the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, and Dr. Thomas Wessinghage, European champion in 1982, pass on their many years of experience.

Course content

Training tips, running school, running technique, video analysis, stretching and strength gymnastics, aqua fit, Nordic walking, XCO training, footing, long jog, lectures, lactate test.

The minimum requirement is 30 minutes of easy jogging in one go
