The running days for female runners - enjoy active holidays in the beautiful mountain world of Lenzerheide-Valbella. You want to improve and work on your technique, want to reach your set goal in the fall and receive more input for your preparation? Then the days are the perfect kick-off for implementing your goals. The individual training planning plays an important role here. This includes, among other things, Lactate level test in collaboration with the Gut St. Moritz clinic to determine your individual training zones. The program is rounded off with an individual Running style analysis, lectures on running, alternative sports and various running sessions in the beautiful Grisons mountains.

Prerequisites
The minimum requirement is 30 minutes of easy jogging (pace: approx. 6:30 min/km).
